• There are 7 steps leading to the front door, with hand rails either side, a rubber mat is on steps to prevent slips.
• The front door is always open until Midnight; please ring the bell on arrival.
• The inner front door is kept locked at all time, must not be propped open, nor the bedroom doors propped open in case of fire.

Guest Accomodation and Public area.

• The hallway leads to reception where a registration form is filled in.

• The hall also leads to the upstairs bedroom with 13 steps to the first landing and 12 steps to the 2nd landing with hand rail all the way.

Lounge and Dinning room

• Guests are welcome to use the lounge up to Midnight.
• The lounge has two 3 seater sofas and 3 easy chairs, the room has a TV, fire surround with gas fire, wall lights, carpeted, coffee table with rug underneath. And side tables. Wall and side lamps.
• The lounge has a selection of local information to show what is on, in and around Blackpool for your enjoyment.
• The dinning rooms as 5 table’s with 4 backed chairs to each table, the dinning room is also carpeted. A radio is played during breakfast with a local station playing.
• A storage heater is in the dinning room.
• Breakfast is served in this room from 8.30 am to 9.15 am.
